  1. People are being enslaved to AI & VR. Soon most will be living in a fantasy world from the next most addictive drug ever. Control it or it will control you.

  2. Ever heard of Glassholes? I hope these privacy concerns are addressed! I also hope that we get augmented contact lenses rather than glasses.

  3. What about learning and using your own brain. This will only make people lazy and stupid due to not allowing yourself to learn.

  4. I think the disadvantage is information overload constantly analyzing information you are bombarded with .
People will relate more with themselves and their augmented reality environment, less with others.
People’s attention will become a lot less etc

  5. I think medical students would benefit largely from AR, particularly when learning about human anatomy, biology, and for practical purposes such as surgery.

  6. AR sounds so cool and ut’s actually one of the most exciting technologies out there for me at the moment! …But one thing is a bit scary for me… cameras! Cameras everywhere and no privacy, right? :/ Like how could we even solve this problem? The glasses just need cameras to be useful or what do you think? I mean you could use stationary tracking devices everywhere so you can do stuff without cameras, but then you can’t do that much with it.

  7. hmm, so in the future we will a civilization of 4 eyes…well since I use eyeglasses it will be an easy transition.

  8. At this point, this is probably the only future is left for the human race. A sad but an inescapable future. Then again, for the most might as well be utopia. Welcome to the future!

  9. I’m calling it now. This is gonna be absolutely terrible for our mental health and for society as a whole.

  10. Great video on the future of Augmented Reality! 🌟 We’re curious, what do you think will be the most game-changing application of AR in our daily lives by 2030? Will it be in education, healthcare, or something entirely unexpected? Share your thoughts!

  11. I heard from a lil bird that MVIS has the best AR portfolio with their near eye and direct retinal projection solutions. Not to mention hand eye tracking and lidar sensing. Makes sense that MVIS technology is enabling the DoDs augmented reality efforts.

  12. This is awesome! I know that 2030 is just seven years away from us now and will get here quickly due to how fast time goes by. I want to use augmented reality. This is awesome to give more details about something! I can’t wait for 2030 and beyond!

  13. I wonder about the translator tech: will it improve as in, will they finally get the correct translations or be given comically incorrect ones to decipher…YouTube being one of the worst at translations, kinda pathetic since Alphabet seems to either not care or is incompetent.

  14. The future man 👨 KFK came from 2060 said that , ….. there’s no more iPhone in 2030 , ….. so , …. I thought that it’s will be ( Every body ) put on ( iglasses ) , ….. 😊😅😮😢🎉😂❤ , ……

  15. My mom always writes down a shopping list whenever we normally do sometimes a need for cashiers or self cheack outs

  16. According to "The Future of Augmented Reality (2030)," AR technology will be easily incorporated into daily life and provide immersive experiences that effortlessly merge the digital and physical worlds.

  17. Could be a good tool for stagnating culture or rapidly transforming reality.

I think that you are predicting the future of AR using cognitive models that are somewhere from pre-2000 Anno Domini.

This may as advanced as AR gets in 7 years but beyond that it will become a foot race in to imagination.

  18. Glass tech, while cool, isn’t currently possible. Probably won’t be for another 50 years. We’ll have something closer to Immersed’s Visor. A thin shield that resembles sunglasses with inside out tracking and passthrough. Think of it this way. All of the tech inside the current VR HMD’s are only going to get smaller and cheaper as time progresses. It’s already light enough to work in. In 10 to 15 years. It’ll be part of our daily carry. But, only as long as we standardize this technology now at the enterprise and desktop computing level.
